Review on 🌸 [Rovectin] Clean Lotus Water Calming Toner - Extra Calming Toner - Soothing and Hydrating (6.76 fl oz, 200ml) by Nicole Jones

First, I have oily combination skin that can be very sensitive depending on the cycle. I have around 10-15 toners each day so I can choose and use the toner based on my task at hand (exfoliating, extra cleansing, soothing, hydrating, soothing, etc.). I use it as a 1st or 2nd step tonic after cleansing my face. (after exfoliation or additional cleansing tonic, but before moisturizing the skin). I liked that it doesn't have a noticeable, overpowering smell as I'm very sensitive to smells and never like scented skincare products. So it was a good first impression as soon as I opened the bottle. Now I feel like this toner leaves skin smooth, creamy(?). I'm not sure if my photo can show you this, but it was taken 10 seconds after wiping my hands with tonic twice. I don't feel too much dryness except around my lips (which is my usual dry area). But of course I would recommend that you follow your skincare/lotion/cream routine. When I tested this toner, my skin was in a sensitive phase, but it didn't irritate me at all. I don't know how it would work on dry skin though, but it's a great first step toner for all skin types. in my opinion. Overall, considering the value for money, this toner is definitely one of the best compared to the around $10-$15 toners for the same size. I believe this is a well balanced product between cost and quality. The bottom line is that if you have to use a toner every day, this can be a good afterwash :)
