I bought this front door lock over 2 years ago. We liked it. We can easily add and remove people - as we have many visitors there is no need to hand out keys or leave the house unlocked. It is exposed to direct sunlight, high temperatures (100+), extreme cold and snow. . It didn't cause us any trouble. Then about a month ago it stopped working. It read fingers but wouldn't turn on, making it impossible to use the front door. I contacted the company for repairs and getting parts. After several attempts to figure out what was wrong, the company quickly sent me a replacement part (free) and instructions. It worked and we're back in business! Before that I was happy with the lock, but then how quickly and professionally their tech support resolved my issue made me a customer for life. I have used 2 more of these locks in my business facility and have had nothing but good experiences.
