Great spare tire for my mower. It was pretty easy to install. Remember to use soapy water to apply. Long brackets also help. Definitely tubeless. So it says right on the tire and it holds air well. The hose is not required. (Just make sure your rim is tubeless ready. Most lawnmower rims are.)
