I love that we can track our riders from their start date to when they finish, as well as all of the information about them. Sometimes it's hard to get ride reports out quickly; however, this has been alleviated by the fact that you can pull up a rider profile at any time during the day or night! There is nothing really negative about this system. It does what we need and allows us to organize everything in one place! The ability to see if someone has ridden before is great because it helps prevent having new employees riding with experienced staff. This also prevents mistakes from being made because people aren't used to certain routes yet. Overall, this website works very well and is easy enough for anyone who uses computers to use. They have helped solve many problems we had with tracking rides and employee safety.
