I was looking for inexpensive digital tablets to help people get started with digital art. , Detachable 90-degree cable, Program settings can be changed per program (or globally) Cons: No pen stand Wish list: Tilt sensitivity This uses Corel Painter 2019 and various Bob Ross-style brushes. I bought an A30 tablet and was immediately impressed by the size. This is a full-size tablet for less than $50, which is very impressive. The screen area is only responsive to the stylus, so I didn't have to use an artist's glove to work with it, and it meant I didn't get those phantom lines that often appear on my much more expensive tablet. The peculiarity of these tablets is that they have a paper surface. This means that its use seems very natural, especially when it comes from traditional art. Many inexpensive tablets skimp in this area and only use a reflective display. Some people worry that the tips will wear out quickly, but I haven't noticed any problems and there are quite a few spare tips available. Replacing the stylus is easy and comes with an included tool. I recommend throwing it under your keyboard or laptop bag to have it handy. You might even want to attach it to the bottom of your tablet. Another thing I like about this tablet is that it is very easy to adjust the settings using the VEIKK program. It's also VERY RARE for inexpensive tablets, many of which require additional third-party software to work properly. From the pictures you can see where you can change the settings in the program. All of these settings can be changed in real-time, and a really cool feature that you definitely won't see on most cheap tablets is that you can customize keyboard shortcuts, pressure curve, pad functions, etc. and tweak them in ANY PROGRAM. This means that you can use completely different functions for your drawing program than for your desktop, for example. If you have multiple programs, you can switch between them so you really have a one-stop solution that can be customized. The multi-touch sensor is the main achievement. It sits between 4 fully programmable hotkeys that can do everything from emulate keystrokes to change pen functions/modes. The multi-touch sensor is awesome as you can control the vertical and horizontal controls, each of which performs different functions. The default setting was perfect for me as it worked for scaling the canvas vertically and adjusting the brush size horizontally, which I do often. hopefully the day will come when they add tilt detection. I have a lot of brushes that change/distort depending on the tilt and it would be nice to have them. doesn't strain your budget (software is expensive these days). VEIKK A30 does its job very well. It has a lot of features that you won't see until you're in the 2-10x price range. I strongly recommend you to invest in this tablet.
