At first I completely misunderstood the written instructions and thought they were too small (Acup), well it turns out. If you turn the page, you will see the instructions in pictures. I laughed so hard at how "wrong" I used to apply them which made them look very uncomfortable. Once applied, then RIGHT, the difference was perfect! For a 5ft 5ft 118lb girl who buys bras in the teens department, finding a strapless bra is very difficult. Not to mention the one that has no support straps and actually lifts what little I have :D Very impressed with this stick on bra and the accuracy of the cup size for me. I would advise others to go a size or two up as it fits me perfectly and as mentioned above I cannot shop in the women's department. Although you have to try!
