I bought this because I have a bad habit of sucking my teeth with my tongue. I used to have this professionally made mouthpiece (which no longer fits), but it cost me $250. I thought to try that. I was pleasantly surprised that there are 3 of these in the pack (good). I messed up the first one by leaving it in hot water a second or two longer and it melted beyond repair. The second time I was able to blind normally. The problem with this product is that it gets too soft in your mouth when you wear it. (it actually never hardens. So you can't drink a warm drink, or if you eat something it'll all get stuck in it. Also, it's going to be thinner in your mouth when you wear it. It's work at the moment. Not a good habit, though once i had to put it in my pocket when i said something and it melted in my pocket it's to my mouth i'm glad i put the third one in for an emergency.
