I use True Pure Hair Mask with the rest of the True Pure Hair Care System. So I can't tell if my results are from the hair mask alone or from the system as a whole. But I can say that the entire True Pure system has worked a whole world of wonders with my hair. I have very long hair. But it's super thin and stretchy. Every time I wash or comb my hair I get a handful. Also, I usually wear them in some sort of bun or ponytail (which I know isn't the right fit for that) and when I take them off I always lose tons of hair. The hair mask itself is really thick and creamy and has absolutely no smell, which I appreciate. It is very soothing to the scalp but washes out quickly whereas other hair masks typically take over 20 minutes to wash out my hair completely.
