Excellent Product - User Friendly Interface

The ease of use with the platform. The ability to customize the interface to meet the needs of our business. The customer service is always excellent. There is nothing I dislike about this product. I would highly recommend this product to any organization looking to improve their business processes.

The ability to have a single interface that can be used for all departments, regardless of their job function. This increases efficiency and improves the organization's ability to respond to customer requests.

We are able make changes as required in order manage it appropriately.The system allows me access from anywhere which makes my life much easier than ever before!
