I bought this set for my guest room after a failed closet/linen cleaning in midsummer. Now that guests are coming for the upcoming holiday, I understand that we will all be freezing. My son immediately fell in love with its silky softness and I think it landed on his bed. Probably for the best as his bed is high off the floor and our little white dog can't reach it. The color is beautiful, but if you have an animal with a high shedding rate, you can choose the appropriate blanket color! Excellent purchase, pleasant to the touch!
