Perfect as our Echo Showstand On a bedside table with space for phone/watch chargers alongside. Very happy with the results. It's durable, the two drawers are a nice plus, and it means cords will no longer knock the lightweight watch charger off your bedside table. We use a tower power supply to make it easy to connect and disconnect chargers. It's on the bedside table. So far, so good. But we used to have an issue where using a tablet or phone while plugged into a charger would inevitably break other things. Even a coffee cup. With this monitor stand, the tower is at the back of the table, the monitor stand is in front, the chargers are on top of the stand, and the cables run underneath. Problem solved! If the cables move because someone is using the device while charging, they just touch the other cables and the monitor stand stays in place. As others have pointed out, although the company name is Zri Bamboo, this coaster is an unfinished fir tree. Not bamboo. If you want it to be smooth and shiny, you need to finish it. But bamboo would not be heavy enough for our purpose.
