I get decent compliments on this light but I don't like the design. It's like watching a Pixel TV. From a distance it's great but up close like wtf? It looks good from afar, but what looks like cheap gold clips are used to attach the plastic crystals to the metal frame. You could use something less cheap and the lamp would be perfect. In addition, the lamp with its light bulb/conventional light bulb heats up too much. Not only the bulb heats up, but also the socket. I replaced the lightbulb with LED. However, I still worry a lot about using my lamp charger, especially the iPhone charger. I would NOT recommend plugging anything from Apple into the charging ports. You risk frying your original/expensive Apple charger and possibly your device.
