I bought this toothbrush about five years ago and it has been great! wife uses it too. We use Diamond Clean brush heads and they do a great job of cleaning your teeth thoroughly. My only complaint is that after four or five years we both had brush head separation issues. It vibrates loudly and harshly to the point where we can't stand it anymore and end up having to buy a new toothbrush. I've been using Sonicare toothbrushes for about 15 years and this seems to be an issue with newer models. We've used 3 of our latest Sonicare toothbrushes on this issue. But if you can afford to buy a new one every few years, it's worth it!
