As I sit and eat another corner piece I think to myself why did I buy this pan? Between the pot and the amazing silicone lid that fits perfectly, I spent money I shouldn't have spent. And I think it was a mistake. I used to make brownies from scratch because I don't make cardboard pulp and my kids and husband ate them all. I just clipped the edges here and there and ate a random bite and savored the chewy flavor. But now after trying this pan, I sit down and eat half of the cakes I made. Smooth move. This is the same recipe I always make in a 9x13 pan and it works perfectly in this pan. I buttered and lightly floured the pan and the brownies just popped out with the cute little spatula that comes with the set. But you know what will NOT be cute and small? I, thanks to this pan. These are probably the tastiest brownies I've ever made. I thought about buying this pan a few years ago and just didn't do it, but I should have - it worked great.
