not the sturdy plastic you get for more expensive ones
You get what you pay for. They are cheap in price because they are cheap in plastic. Fairly flexible, not the hard plastic you get for the more expensive ones. If you love washing and reusing plastic cutlery, this isn't for you. However, it is ideal for soft foods such as birthday cakes and ice cream. However, I wouldn't put much faith in the fact that they can actually cut into tougher foods.
