Terrible quality! Beads fall out
Bought this blanket to help with my insomnia. Pros: The quality of the outer blanket is smooth to the touch. Disadvantages: micro glass beads fall out! There must be a small hole somewhere because my bed was full of glass beads that had come out from under the covers. Can't recommend to anyone, very disappointed.

It can be used not only while sleeping, but also while reading, relaxing or meditating.
