FITS MANY APPLICATIONS: The included 13 mm, 15 mm, 16 mm, and 18 mm sockets, and the 3/8" and 1/2" drive options, make this tool compatible with many vehicles. Cheap as the price. Buyer Beware!

If I can save you all the time, look past the cheap price and good reviews. I shouldn't have believed them and neither should anyone else. When I received the tool, I knew I should have returned it as soon as I saw it, but I thought it was something I wouldn't be using very often so it should get me through at least one belt change. I was wrong. Once fitted on the tensioner I applied pressure to the tool, and as I was slipping the belt off the the pulleys, the 3/8" shaft twisted right off.Never

Pros
  • Did the job that it was supposed to and did it well! Highly recommend!
Cons
  • Not compatible with all types of serpentine belts

Serpentine Belt Tool

Worked great for removing the serpentine belt. Long enough to give you good leverage. Comes with several sockets to fit multiple size bolts.

Pros
  • Sturdy enough to do the job. The sockets worked correctly first use.
Cons
  • May not fit comfortably in smaller hands

Great tool for the job!

My only issue is that I needed 19mm socket for my car's belt tensioner. Otherwise this tool saved my hands from getting stuck in the engine block!

Pros
  • Cheaper than the tool truck and works good... coming from a full time mechanic
Cons
  • May not work on older model vehicles

Bang for your buck!

Great tool for the Arsenal. I had another in the past that was shorter and weaker. It broke after a few uses. This one provides perfect leverage and durability for most uses. The price is unbeatable and it arrived quickly. Highly recommend.

Pros
  • OK but not flat enough to grab on to the bolt
Cons
  • Not suitable for professional mechanic use

Defective, very weak tool and dangerous to use

The head that inserts into the tension pulley quickly twisted under the load of the pulley's tension spring. Very weak metal used in this tool. Dangerous to use this weak tool. Anyone who has worked with a spring loaded idler pulley knows, it is under a lot of tension. Return window is closed, so wanted to ensure others do not waste their money, or worse.get hurt.

Pros
  • Looks good?
Cons
  • Pretty puny, broke the first time I used it.

poor quality tool. best in my review

the tool is not strong enough. the stud on the extension handle twisted the first time i used it. that stud should be made out of a hardened steel… but clearly it is not.in order to get the job done; i improvised using a ratchet strap on the short section of the tool. that worked… but the rest of tool is worthless.

Pros
  • Excelente
Cons
  • Not a complete auto repair solution

Perfect tool for the job

It makrs the job easier and i use it to change the tensioner pulley on a 2007 town and country, but i imagine it works for other models.

Pros
  • Good feel to it fits in tight spacesNeeds a bag to keep it together
Cons
  • Takes up space in the tool kit for a single purpose tool

Don’t push too hard

Twisted the socket holder right off the end. Didn’t think I pushed that hard, metal is cheap AF. Just be careful lol Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • It was exactly the tool I needed and for the best price
Cons
  • Can be tricky to use on belts that are under tension

READ THESE REVIEWS FIRST

I should’ve read the product reviews as it seems many others have had the same issue on FIRST USE. 3/8 drive twisted immediately under medium force applied. DO NOT BUY THIS

Pros
  • Is ese to work with
Cons
  • cheaply made. 3/8" drive welded on crooked

Must have. for my opinion

It's a tool that you may not use that often but it's invaluable to own. Because when you need it you NEED IT! Need to follow manufacturer instructions strictly for best results!

Pros
  • Works great
Cons
  • Need to follow manufacturer instructions strictly for best results

Waste of money 🤬🤬🤬

So I guess this tool is for one time use only the 1/2 part was ok except the star end you put the 3/8 bar in is not strong enough and forget the 3/8 bar is to weak it twisted damn near off on first use so disappointed with this product. cheap steal must of been used

Pros
  • Great item
Cons
  • May not fit all hand sizes comfortably

Saved on busted knuckles.Great tool

This tool turned a hour job into 5 minutes,,MAX.Now I know as a DYI mechanic I am only going to use this tool very seldom,,but on those times when I need it,,I'll have it.10 times easier than the standard socket.I could not believe how easy everything went in the belt replacement.

Pros
  • This is a life savor made my job very easy tool that makes things go very fast love it
Cons
  • Product snapped within 2 minutes of use it's not built very well

DON'T BUY best in my review

Don't buy this if you are working on a Honda V6. You need a 14mm short socket and there is not one in this set. They have one you can buy separate, but it is not in stock. And the sockets are 6 point making positioning of the handle limited. Need to be 12 point sockets. Nice handle, though.

Pros
  • Made changing my serpentine belt on my truck soooo much easier. A must!!
Cons
  • No es auto para soportar el trabajo para que fue echo, se quebro

Had to cut it in half

It was way too long. I had zero clearance and was trying for a good 20 minutes until I cut it in half as per what another review here said they did. Instantly worked. I saw other reviews showing theirs twist and bend. No signs of that on mine. Did the job just fine after one modification.

Pros
  • Does exactly what you need it to do
Cons
  • May require additional tools to complete a job

Hardly made it through first use

On my very first use the drive square where the socket connects to the bar twisted completely. I was afraid I would not even be able to get my serpentine belt back on afterwards. Would not recommend this tool.

Pros
  • I use this on a daily basis. Very strong, thin, sturdy. A must have even if you only need it once.
Cons
  • Super soft chinesium. I can't believe they would sell a "tool" made out of such soft metal. Do not buy.

A must have for serpentine belt replacement

This tool fits into a tight spot that a socket wrench will not fit in. It is the solution to the restricted space to fit a wrench problem when changing a serpentine belt.

Pros
  • Bueno herramienta
Cons
  • Works great after i made a special 14mm socket.
