I bought 4 modules of 2GB for an old computer. The computer recognized all 4 modules but I kept having random reboots. Isolating the modules and running a memory test revealed that one of the modules is faulty. I really didn't want to rip them all out and send them back just yet so I left 3 modules to get 6 gigabytes thinking that might be enough. I know memory modules work better in pairs, so I was a bit concerned about that. Then, before I could request a replacement, the seller contacted me (via email from Revain) to ask if I was happy with my purchase. I told them about the defective module and they immediately sent a replacement. A new module has arrived, installed, everything works fine. It might not be the fastest RAM for your PC, but on an old PC it works great for my needs. But what impressed me the most was the seller's service. Thank you!
