They are very responsive to our needs when they have questions about their products or customer service issues! It's easy for us as employees of another organization to call with concerns because it is not difficult to reach out to them via email if there isn't an answer right away (which can be frustrating). Some of my favorite features include being able to access paystubs online through PEO portal so I do not need to print hard copies from my computer at home. This makes sense since this work will continue after COVID-19 has passed.
