I, like everyone else, had doubts about the size of the pillow. I wish it was a little more saying that I weigh 200 pounds and am 30 weeks pregnant. I've used it for sleeping day and night, it's amazing for side sleepers. I notice a big difference in my sciatic nerve pain when I'm not using a pillow. When I use it, when I wake up, it doesn't hurt as much as if I hadn't used it. I waited 2 weeks to write a review so I can test it and see if it really works and in my opinion it works great! I wasn't healed but it made a significant difference. One thing that bothered me when I opened it was the smell it was completely sealed so I know it wasn't from shipping. But it had a fishy smell but the great thing is I took the cover off and threw it in the wash and the smell came out. Great product for the price.
