They are very knowledgeable in their field and were able to quickly understand our business needs when we came into them with very little idea about what we wanted or needed from an outsourced bookkeeper/controller. They are also very personable - which helped us build trust. We would like for there to be more options that they offer beyond Quickbooks Online (i.e., Sage 50, etc.). Our biggest complaint is related the integration issues between Quicken and Xero/QuickBooks. For example, it's almost impossible to link directly after updating data within one system to another system without having to reenter all information again. So many processes have been slowed down by that issue alone. Accounting / Payroll / Data entry / File transfer / Reconciliation / Tax Compliance / Monthly / Yearly statements.
