Review on ๐Ÿ”ง Efficiently Align Rotors with the Park Tool Rotor Truing Fork - DT-2C by Everette Jean

It works and it's Park Tool

While I still don't understand the advantages of disc brakes over good old rim brakes, I ride a disc bike and will stick with this system. I have many bikes with rim brakes (which are disc brakes, if anyone wants to stretch the definition) and I find them much easier to service than disc brakes. While the stopping power of disc brakes is touted as an advantage, I'm not sure either. But as usual, I digress. I've put off buying a disk tool like the Park model just because I'm a tight-fisted (and underpaid pseudo-scientist) and figured an adjustable wrench would do. Yes, you can use an adjustable wrench to set the rotor alignment, but it's not very effective, especially if the wrench is loosened or tightened between rotor adjustments. This tool makes it much more efficient, saving you time and patience. There's definitely something to learn about this, but that's most likely because I was scared of pushing the rotor too hard. Small changes are probably best so as not to damage anything. All in all, this is a great tool. The Park Tool's usual fit and appearance is true to the brand and it gets the job done. I recommend
