I thought it would be great to buy and use. I had a grip that helped me reach deep into my car windows as it's difficult to climb over the steering wheel to get to the very edge of the windows and clean them. It seemed really big when I first used it. But in later use, I feel like it was wasted a bit. Yes I can reach deep into the window near the dash and window line but the head rotates too easily and wobbles too easily making it difficult to get up and clean and lift and clean because gravity upsets the head down away from the window. and you need to reset it. The little green towel pulled over your head doesn't seem to pick up much window cleaner. I even tried using the tool with regular paper towels to clean the windows. This helps a little but is a bit inconvenient due to the rotation of the head as the cleaning head will fall off when you lift the tool to reposition it at the top of the window to clean the next section. I've still been trying to figure out if the pain is worth the performance after a few months, and so far the performance wins. It may end up in a landfill, but for now it's still standing and taking up space in my garage.
