Purchased AUG end Installed in my renovated bathroom at OCT, design flaw rendered it immediately unusable so it's in the trash now. The appearance was good, but the product was not well designed. The joint where the hand (holding the toilet paper) meets the base is not airtight. no matter how much I put it on. So when I wanted to rip off a piece of toilet paper, it wouldn't withstand even the slightest pressure caused by the movement of the roll. Needless to say, the arm would then sink to the floor due to weight and gravity, and the toilet paper would land on the floor every time. Revane says the return window is closed so I can't even get a refund. Unsatisfied
