This is the second Supersmile toothbrush I have owned. The first one I used until it just wore out! I love the toothbrush and the brush heads are the most important part of the result. These nozzles ensure a thorough cleaning and the entire system delivers excellent results! It's easy to use, very effective and leaves my teeth clean and super white. Just be sure to replace the brush heads once they are worn out or the bristles are "worn out". You can tell they don't stay straight after cleaning the brush. Replacement is typically every 6 weeks or sooner depending on usage. Great innovation in tooth brushing!
