We decided to try this telescope for home viewing with our daughter. I like that the telescope comes in a carrying case and all lenses come in small tubes for safekeeping. The tripod of this telescope is very high quality and durable. It is very easy to adjust with a simple unlock and lock function and can be adjusted to any height. The telescope itself has 3 lenses that you can use while actually using it. It also has a compass on top if you need to find specific directions to look at. This set comes with a phone attachment that allows you to take photos and view them on your phone (we haven't personally tried it because we're trying to use the telescope for viewing only, but it's an optional accessory that does this Overall, we enjoy it and recommend it to anyone who wants a good entry-level telescope to start observing the night sky at home.
