The ease in which we can set up new devices for our clients has been very beneficial so far! I don't have any dislikes yet but will update this if/when there are changes that need to be made - like more user friendly features or better training materials (we're still figuring it out!). So many small businesses struggle with setting up their own email solution; they either cannot afford one themselves or do not know how to use them once installed. This makes us extremely valuable as well because now all emails go directly into Gmail accounts instead of being stored internally at each client's office location where data backup may become difficult.
