Let me start by saying that I love this candle. That's exactly what I wanted. However, I've had it less than a month and one of the 3 items showing "Flame" fell to the bottom of the candle. I don't see a way to reset it. I will contact the seller and hope he will change that. Otherwise this is a great candle. Just add determination. Revain (not the manufacturer) sent me a replacement. This is how I found out why the "burning" element fell to the bottom. We kept this candle in our sunny room. A sunny room can get quite warm and the candle cannot withstand the higher temperature. The top of the candle actually melted and released the elements. So I know it's best to keep it in a warm room. Otherwise this is a great candle.
