Garbage. Product looks like wax and will not activate

Absolutely awful. The instructions on the palette say you need to drop a few drops of alcohol to activate it. We did it and nothing happened. The color looks like shiny wax and the color tube is about 1/3 full. The same happened with the replacement of the pallet. Both arrived very dry, the alcohol doesn't work and the product looks plastic. Now I have to get them both back.
