IDEAL FOR DRY EYES! Feels great and I love the washable case

My optometrist recommended warm compresses for my dry eyes and they work great but they just don't stay clean and it's quite uncomfortable to have a white compress on Spots to lay on the eyelids. Since compresses serve to keep the sebum glands in your eyelids open and unclogged, it makes sense that eye masks get dirty quickly and most of them aren't easy to wash and never get clean. This eye mask cover is perfect - it's soft and soothing and it's washable - it's an amazing feature. They're bigger than the ones I've used and I'm still getting used to this part, but I think I'll like it better, it's just different. (I used brother eye pads which are small enough to fit in your eye sockets). They also work really well for my sinus area which is a big plus in Florida where sinus problems haunt me year round. My microwave heats them up perfectly in 27 seconds, but every microwave is different so I suggest you start with 25 seconds to make sure you don't burn the delicate eye area. I also had a little trouble figuring out which side is "down" since the cover looks the same front and back, so I used a marker to make a small X on the outside. The elastics to keep it on my head don't fit and get in the way (I'm sitting in a chair with my head slightly tilted back (very relaxing btw ;-) so I cut them off. My doctor recommends using them). Compresses in the morning for 5-7 minutes as this is when your sebum glands are most active and thinking about using them every day I can see a huge difference in itchy dry eyes - I skip a lot of days and can get instant relief if i stay on track and use them, especially if i do this 2 or more days in a row. So do yourself a huge favor and take the time for a relaxing, harmless 7 minute treatment! I highly recommend them if you are buy a coated set!
