Oh, I wanted to please!

Really disappointed because I wanted a mouse like that. Here is my list of complaints.1. Finger rest on the right side. I didn't think it would bother me, but it really does. I like to have my hand slightly behind the mouse while working so I can move between documents etc. more relaxed. So my hand/wrist is on the table and I can move pretty well. This finger placement forces me to keep my hand higher on the mouse, which means I have to move it more and my wrist gets heavier over time. Well, that's a design feature, so not necessarily their fault (some people might like it), but an issue for me nonetheless. 2. Looping the wheel mouse. My mouse often stutters when I rotate it. Maybe a few turns at some point or something. It appears that not all of the plastic on the internal components was completely smooth. It "grips" about 1/4 turn. Aggravating. You can hear it, but it's really easy to feel.3. mode switch. Here's the thing, the instructions say the bottom mode switch can toggle between 5 custom settings. The problem is that when you click on it, the light changes for a second and then just goes back to normal. So you need to install and run their software to switch between different modes. It should have 5 default modes built in, so you can switch between them without installing any software. I don't want more junk in my taskbar, and I'd rather pick a color option so it's less distracting in a dark room.
