Review on Philips SDV2710/27 Passive Enhanced Digital Performance Antenna - Discontinued by Manufacturer: A Comprehensive Review and Alternatives by Paul Monzon

I use an attic antenna for 7 out of 8 of my TVs, but the one I use for my Directv setup needs a separate antenna for local channels me do not subscribe to locals via directv. So far I have tried at least 5 different antennas and all had problems. I had to constantly rearrange antenna bunny ears and antenna pointing for different stations, even though all stations are in line of sight and within a few hundred yards of each other. This antenna was by far the best of them all. I hooked it up to my DVR and instantly all stations were clean and static free. I've had it for about a month now and I've never moved it to make any adjustments. It's so nice to be able to walk past the TV without losing the signal and when I'm picking up local channels while watching other programs I now have confidence that the program will be recorded without interruption.
