I have a Kiss Instawave 1 inch curling iron and it's a great tool. I bought this version because I wanted a bigger barrel, but unfortunately it has nothing to do with the 1" build. Doesn't beep when it's time to loosen the curl (non-critical), pulls the hair out, because they get stuck in the upper part of the fuselage, and the cord is constantly coiled/tangled. It's really not worth it, even if it's cheaper than the 1" version. Skip it and just get a 1 inch Instawave. (Black and white)
