Review on Cupcakes Cashmere Womens Baylor Split by Tina Evans

The waistcoat is lined and has a nice belt on the back. Unfortunately, I'm small and with a short waist, so the belt fell on a high hip. The length was insanely long, reaching mid-calf. My height is 5 feet 4 inches. If the waist had been sized correctly I probably would have kept the vest and redone it. I have broad shoulders and I'm 34 inches tall and the medium size is perfect for my bust size.
