I like that it's easy to navigate through as an end user. It can be difficult for some users who are not familiar with using software in general or business applications specifically. Also sometimes you need to search around for things but there isn't much space to do so. If they would make it easier to find certain features (e.g. creating new forms). You should give it a try if you're looking into something similar. We have been able to use this product to create different types of documents including purchase orders, invoices, sales receipts etc.
