Help Sumo - Simple Knowledge Base Solution

I like the ability to use Help Sumo to create a knowledge base for our customers. It is easy to use and allows us to create articles that are searchable by our customers. I dislike that I cannot create articles that are searchable by our customers. I would like to be able to search the knowledge base for articles that are not created by our team. I would also like to be able to create articles that are searchable by our customers.

Easy way, using this service helps provide more accurate results in searches than other methods such as google..helped my clients understand why they should invest money with SEO services instead spending thousands per month doing so themselves!
