Review on ACDelco 252 720 Professional Water Pump by Robert Long

When I buy AC Delco parts, I expect them to be made in the USA, not China! The water pump I received was packaged in an AC Delco box, but the part where the pulley bolts attach is clearly engraved P200908B428 CHINA, as is the remains of an ACDelco sticker. The stamped sheet steel housing is labeled with a barcode 18-428. Is this an original AC part or has someone swapped out the Chinese part for a US made one? I bought it from an Amazon warehouse and cannot find enough information in the ACDelco description to verify production and the photos in the addendum/part description do not show what is on the part I received.
