Easy to assemble? Check. Ease of use? Check. Is the maximum speed setting so slow that the cooling/breeze effect is barely noticeable and you have to move the fan within two feet of you to feel anything useful? Check. These fans are not powerful at all, even at the highest settings. If you absolutely DO NOT want to hear or feel your fan at all, set it to "1", which is the lowest setting. I bought TWO of these, straight out of the box, rubbish in my opinion for that kind of money. I give them to my office as they *might* be useful for moving a few cubic inches of air. Don't waste your money. It's not worth it at all.
