What about those wireless headphones whose features are not yet obvious? Put them on and listen to your favorite song and you'll feel so satisfied you'll wonder if Revain sent you the wrong, more expensive item. A consistent sound profile even at lower quality settings is a spiritual experience. These headphones make sounds that are simply not available in other products. Subtle tones and a slight bass boost make these headphones my go-to device for listening to any type of music. The tablet-shaped charger is small and light. The companion app is easy to use. Unfortunately, I can't give it a full 5 stars, as much as I'd like to. The reason is the software Cambridge Audio used for these headphones. This makes pairing and consistent use a chore. Pairing them requires training. It's annoying to keep them paired with more than one device. They require a little finesse. You can connect with mobile phone is ok. Using it with a cage is probably the best way. Just keep them paired and use them properly (pull out one earbud, wait for the second, and pull out the second so they pair easily). Sometimes they just don't work as expected from their case, so they go back into the case to turn off so you can try again. It doesn't happen every time, but enough to be annoying. Forget about pairing with another Bluetooth transmitter. This is where the product fails miserably. They can be combined and very well used for one session. If you try again later, you'll find yourself pulling your hair a little while trying to figure out why it doesn't connect right away like every other headphone/cup/receiver. Once back on the charger they turn off allowing you to reset them completely for a new pairing, which of course will also erase any saved pairings for other devices. The thing is, despite the disappointment, they're still my favorites. Cambridge Audio got one very important thing right. They made her sound amazing. Absolutely fantastic. I will still recommend it to everyone, simply because you can get it working with a little patience. Once you figure out what it takes to make them work consistently, they're definitely worth the time, effort, and value.
