UPDATE 01/10/21. I've been using them for a few hours now since I received them. I was finally able to update the firmware. When I take them out of their case for the first time there seems to be a problem connecting one of the headphones to the phone. They turn on instantly when you take them out, and then when you put them in your ear, they turn off instantly.
