UPDATE 01/10/21. I've been using them for a few hours now since I received them. I was finally able to update the firmware. When I take them out of their case for the first time there seems to be a problem connecting one of the headphones to the phone. They turn on instantly when you take them out, and then when you put them in your ear, they turn off instantly. When I take them off, dock them to the case and then put them back in my ears, which seems to solve the problem. This happened almost every time I used them. However, once connected they are stable and the sound is ABSOLUTELY amazing after adjusting the equalizer with the app. I hope connection issues will be fixed in future firmware updates? I really don't want to return them because I think something incredible is going on here otherwise. Initial Rating*: So far, so good. I wore them for several hours today, both at work and in the gym. They fit comfortably once I changed the rubber ear tips to a medium size. If you download the app, you can adjust the equalizer settings. I'm having a little problem trying to update the firmware on my headphones. You may need to contact technical support. I find the touch controls too sensitive when trying to adjust them in my ear. They turn on as soon as you take them out of the case. If you accidentally touch it, the music will pause or play. I wish there was a way to adjust the touch sensitivity. They block out ambient noise well. And they paired easily with my Samsung Note 10+. However, after the first day of ownership I am happy with my purchase so far.
