The dress is actually quite well constructed. It fits well in the bust and the ties in the back to make it somewhat adjustable. However, the ties are VERY long so you will need to cut them and burn the ends so the string won't fray. The shortest part of the lace hits just above my knee and the slip is about 2 inches above my knee. I bought an XS. I am usually a size 0, 4,9', 87 lbs., 32D, 23 inch waist. I would suggest if you are tall, this isn't for you.
