The couch is everything I was hoping it would be and looks perfect in the space! It matches the opposing accent wall (behind the tv, opposite of couch) in color, charcoal gray. It’s comfortable, beautiful to the touch, and the perfect size.I gave this five stars for the product, but the delivery experience sucked. I live in a three story townhouse and the delivery company refused to bring it in the front door because they "don’t do stairs”. They left it in the middle of my garage and I ended up spending another $380 to pay and tip another delivery company to come move it up one set of stairs into my house (living room is second floor). That piece of it needs to be worked out. I’m not sure I would have been willing to spend as much as I did for the couch if I knew it would come with an added expense.
