Review on 🔌 BLACK+DECKER BDC120VA100 Drill Piece: Efficient and Powerful Performance by Will Ridpath

Bought this product on 09/11/2017, only used 5-10 times. I never wrote reviews because it worked as expected - it bored. However, the last charging attempt showed that the battery is not charging. I can't find a way to contact the seller through Revain which basically has me calling service centers in Manhattan and now spending my time and money trying to fix a clear manufacturing defect. This shouldn't have happened - one star but I'd give zero if I could. They told me they would only replace the product within 60 (or maybe 90) days. Black and Decker is a whole different story. I called the 800 number listed on their product manual and they were more than helpful and offered to ship me a new battery free of charge with no questions asked other than the serial numbers of the defective part. Well done DB.
