I searched for a long time before I came across this headset. Other options were either too expensive or too cheap. The price for this is unbelievable for what you get. I paid 15 dollars. Excellent sound quality with an adjustable wheel. The mute option is perfect and is a great double measure if you accidentally forget to mute during a conference call. The material is very durable. I don't work in a call center so I can't speak about long term use but I will say they are comfortable to wear for a long time. I got them for conference calls, which I often have to do during the week and can't use the speakerphone at work. This saved me a lot of neck cramps and sweaty hands because I had to hold my phone to my ear beforehand. Also, now I can actually type or write while on the phone. The only annoying but easily fixable issue is that if the cable goes over a table or hits something, the sound goes straight into the headset and gets amplified. A simple fix is to tie the cord to your shirt, or place a small towel or something soft under or around the cord if you move around a lot while using this headset. In general, I highly recommend it!
