I got relief after a couple week using this!

I had physical therapy for 6 weeks. I found this after trying a couple other neck products as well. I'm glad to join the reviews of this being a great way to find the relief I was looking for. I was a little disappointed I didn't receive a carrying bag. After ordering mine I noticed there were some that did, so be sure to choose a seller that gives you a carrier. Overall! I felt I got realigned. My range of motion completely improved, something I didn't even get after PT. I no longer have those knots in my neck, and since I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders I'm very happy to add this to my self care collection! I'm sure I will use when need. I recommend following the instructions, this is not a rest pillow.

My chiropractor highly recommended this because he said that my C7 is always getting “stuck”, which caused my chronic neck pain. The first couple of days after using this traction were painful but the following days were relieving. This definitely helps my neck but must use for at least 5 min everyday.
