I had physical therapy for 6 weeks. I found this after trying a couple other neck products as well. I'm glad to join the reviews of this being a great way to find the relief I was looking for. I was a little disappointed I didn't receive a carrying bag. After ordering mine I noticed there were some that did, so be sure to choose a seller that gives you a carrier. Overall! I felt I got realigned. My range of motion completely improved, something I didn't even get after PT. I no longer have those knots in my neck, and since I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders I'm very happy to add this to my self care collection! I'm sure I will use when need. I recommend following the instructions, this is not a rest pillow.
