So delivery two days, thanks Prime. The Chromebook was packaged in a bubble-wrapped box. Chromebook was in good condition. There are some small (I mean small) scratches on the front right and left corners of the keyboard. The software was recently reformatted as if it were brand new and I quickly signed up to make it myself. Setup took less than ten minutes. The battery had enough charge to turn on without charging. There were a few stickers on the back at the top of the screen that gently peeled off with a strategic tug. The touchpad is very responsive, I was very impressed with it. After two days of use, I feel like it's the perfect little device to carry around and record my thoughts, surf the web, and watch YouTube. It's tied to Google, but you knew it before you entered your credit card number, so it's not too shocking. Loads fast and everything is easily stored in the Google Drive app. That's all. I really like its light size, easy to take with you when traveling. This review was written for him. I would buy one of these again as the price is right and the book meets my reasonable standards for a refurbished product.
