Review on Sofa Shield Reversible Protector Furniture Home Decor by Tim Hollinger

This ceiling is torn.

Update: This is awful. The loops you need to attach the harness to are very flimsy and poorly secured. Ours was already broken, although we didn't even lay on the couch most of the time we owned it. It was a waste of money unless you want to use it on a sofa that hardly gets used. In fact, this is a thin blanket. I have 2 beagles who love to ride on the couch. We have a double size quilt on the couch but I wanted something that would look a little better on the guests. It is. like it? But also no. My sofa is between two sizes: 65 inches instead of 70. That wasn't a deal breaker. We bought the sofa used and there was a hole in the back that we wanted to cover up, so we were very pleased to have some extra fabric. The back of my sofa is the same as in the product video, with large cushions stacked on the armrest. The blanket slips and falls all over the place as the dogs jump up to sit with us and the harness just slips between the pillow and armrest and pulls the back harder so it only gets tangled behind us. Also keep in mind that this says it's good for pets, which means there's ONLY DOG HAIR. Don't buy this expecting to get wet impact protection. One of our beagles got scared and had an accident on the couch, he got soaked right down to our pillows underneath. I checked the indicator again and it doesn't say anything about moisture resistance at all. I just assumed that since it's advertised as ideal for pets and features a young pup in the ad, it would be somewhat useful for that as well. This is advertised after closer inspection, which is why I give it 3 stars. This is my first sofa cover, so maybe that's the norm, but I can't get over the fact that it's just a more expensive, thinner duvet with straps. I will say it was easy to wash and I don't see any accident marks. and delivered very quickly so that's a plus. If you just want to cover up when guests arrive, that would be fine. If you have small children or dogs running around I would fit.
