Mixed up, came in new packaging but looks used

Came in new packaging but looks obviously used. Dirt on the underside, dust everywhere, hair sticking out, scratches on the cable. If I didn't know better, I would have thought someone had pulled it out from behind their television. Well, at least it was cheap and would stay hidden behind some furniture. At least all sockets work.
