In general a decent dollhouse

In general this dollhouse turned out pretty good. There were several inconsistencies during assembly, which I will discuss in more detail. My 5 year old daughter loves it and hasn't noticed any flaws. Cons: β€’ The material is mainly chipboard and is much more brittle than I expected. β€’ Many of the pre-drilled holes were misaligned, resulting in warped areas. .β€’ Some of the pre-drilled holes were too big for the screws. My husband ended up using paper to fill in the hole and then screwed the parts into those faulty holes. β€’ One of the room dividers was the wrong size. The tab that was supposed to hold it was too short so it kept falling off. I had to fill the bottom hole with hot glue to close the gap β€’ On chipboard in several different places, straight out of the box. Most of them were located next to pre-made holes. A few stood at the edges of the boards. β€’ Some furniture is too big for the rooms it is intended for, especially the bed and the bathroom. β€’ The lamp lights but does not turn off reliably. Sometimes the button works and sometimes it doesn't. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for it to work properly. Pros: β€’ The dollhouse is really pretty and the furniture is really cute. β€’ The entire unit is light enough to be transported from room to room as needed. β€’ Since she is 5 years old, my daughter has not noticed any of his spots. She loves the dollhouse and thinks it's perfect and actually the dollhouse is needed here, so it depends, doesn't it?
